With an Eko+ membership, you can access the Eko App’s full suite of features including AI-powered AFib detection (CORE 500™ only) and murmur detection, and create, save, and share heart sound recordings and PDF reports.
Every stethoscope purchase includes a complimentary trial period of Eko+. When you receive your stethoscope, create an Eko App account to activate Eko+ and start using premium features.
Is Eko+ membership required to use the Eko App? What does it include?
While limited Eko App features are available without a membership, Eko+ provides access to the Eko App's full feature set to help you get the most out of your digital stethoscope.

How do I activate my Eko+ membership?
New Eko customers receive a complimentary trial period of unlimited Eko+ membership.
For stethoscope purchases on ekohealth.com:
Your complimentary period of unlimited access begins automatically when you create an Eko App account. We recommend creating an account after you receive your stethoscope. At the end of your complimentary period, you'll be charged for an annual membership plan. You can access Eko+ features as long as your membership remains active.
For stethoscope purchases outside of ekohealth.com:
You can choose to manually start your complimentary period after you create an Eko App account and log in. At the end of your complimentary period, you'll be charged according to the membership plan you selected in the app. You can access Eko+ features as long as your membership remains active.
If you don't wish to continue with a paid Eko+ membership, you can cancel anytime before your complimentary period ends.
What is Eko AI-supported analysis?
Eko analysis software, or Eko AI, is FDA-cleared software that includes screening algorithms to assist clinicians in detecting suspected abnormalities.
When the Eko App is paired with a compatible digital stethoscope, Eko AI automatically checks for murmurs and/or AFib. To receive AI results, you must take a recording with the stethoscope or the Eko App. (The CORE 500™ Digital Stethoscope is required for AFib detection.)
The Eko App summarizes any findings, including potential murmurs, AFib, or other abnormalities detected. These findings aren’t a diagnosis, but are intended to aid the clinician in reaching a diagnosis accurately, quickly, and confidently. Access to Eko AI requires an Eko+ membership.
